As someone who very deliberately supports small business, I feel as though I was sent a half finished product. Lines are extremely unfinished, the engraved planes are extremely poorly done, the surface is rough and feels unfinished. Aside from so much else I'd love to believe this was sent out early as an oversight. I have plenty of photos to show. I'm sorry for this review but im also extremely disappointed

I cannot put into words how happy I am with my purchase! My boyfriend is in the USAF and he was so happy with his birthday gift! Beautifully crafted and exactly what I described to what I wanted! Customer service was so good! I was able to message them and they responded very quickly! I can’t thank them enough for what they make! Definitely will be getting something again from this couple! Thanks again for all you do for the veterans, military service members and the ones who are no longer with us!
